About CJP Site Services

My name is Chance Pernicka and I began CJP Site Services LLC in 2025. I am a local Fire fighter and get the privilege to serve the community. On my days off, I am committed to providing Site Service needs to build our community. As a firefighter-owned business, I believe in showing up for people on the job and in the community. Serving others has always been at the core of who I am, and that same mindset drives my business every day. I take pride in honest work, strong relationships, and doing things the right way, not the easy way. Being part of this community means more than just providing a service, it means helping neighbors, supporting local families, and building something I can be proud to stand behind.
